Week two

Despite traveling, managed to squeeze in all of my runs for the week, including my long run of 7 miles which I did today (1:08:34, 15C, 92% humidity). The long run next week is 9 miles, so a reasonable step up.

I ran for a total of 14.73 miles this week. This number is a little down compared to last week as I usually run to warm up when Iā€™m at the gym (and those are missing due to being away from home).
